Congratulations Hillary and Spencer

Hillary Jones and Spencer Younker competed in the 2010 Quebec Open over the weekend. Hillary won a gold medal and Spencer placed fifth in their categories.

On Sunday after the tournament, we had a chance to train at the Montreal Wrestling club. Victor Zibberman, an international coach, had his coaches work with the Hillary and Spencer, showing them variations on several moves.
